What is your minimum wholesale order?

Our standard wholesale website minimum order is $200. Ready-to-ship merchandise does not have a per-design MOQ, allowing you to mix available styles.

For custom manufacturing, our standard MOQ is generally 30 pieces per design, depending on the product and production requirements.

Where do your orders ship from?

Our ready-stock U.S. inventory ships from New York, USA. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.

Custom manufacturing is handled through our production facility in Jaipur, India.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options may include PayPal, Square and QuickBooks invoice, depending on the order and account.

What are your U.S. shipping options?

Available services include USPS Priority, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air, depending on the order and delivery requirement. Shipping charges are displayed or confirmed according to the selected service.

Do you accept returns?

Eligible unused ready-stock merchandise with its original barcode tags may be returned within 7 days, subject to our wholesale return policy.

Custom-made and special-production merchandise is not returnable.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Wholesale customers should provide applicable business and resale documentation when required. U.S. resale certificate requirements vary by state.

Do you offer custom jewelry manufacturing?

Yes. We provide custom and private-label jewelry manufacturing for qualified wholesale customers. Standard custom production generally starts at 30 pieces per design.

Can I order samples before placing a custom production order?

Yes. Samples can be produced before bulk production. Development, CAD, master and other applicable charges may apply.

Are your gemstones natural?

Natural gemstones are a major focus of our business. Because natural gemstones are formed in nature, variations in color, pattern, inclusions and texture can occur from piece to piece.
