1. Send Your Design

Submit your sketch, photograph, CAD, technical drawing or sample reference.

2. Review & Quotation

Our production team reviews the design, material requirements, gemstone availability and expected production quantity before preparing a quotation.

3. CAD Development & Approval

Where CAD development is required, we prepare the design for your review.

Production development proceeds after the design and applicable costs are approved.

4. Master Model

After CAD approval, the master model generally takes approximately 3–5 days to prepare.

The master allows the construction, dimensions, settings and overall appearance to be reviewed before bulk production.

5. Production

Following master approval, we proceed with production according to the agreed specifications and quantity.

6. Quality Control

Finished pieces are checked for key production specifications, stone setting, finishing and overall workmanship.

Where included in the agreed production terms, a GJEPC-recognized laboratory report can be arranged for one piece per design batch.

7. Delivery

Standard production delivery is approximately 25 days after master approval, depending on order size, material availability, design complexity and other production requirements.

Your confirmed quotation or purchase order will state the applicable production timeline.

Natural Gemstone Sourcing

Jaipur is internationally known for colored gemstone cutting and jewelry manufacturing.

Our manufacturing network gives us access to a broad variety of natural semi-precious gemstones, allowing brands to develop collections around specific stones, colors, cuts, shapes and sizes, subject to natural material availability.

Quality & Testing

Quality requirements should be agreed before production.

Depending on the project and agreed terms, inspection can cover metal specifications, dimensions, gemstone selection, stone setting, plating/finish and general workmanship.

For qualifying production orders, one piece per design batch can be submitted for a GJEPC-recognized laboratory report, subject to the terms confirmed in the quotation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed with the quotation and can depend on the nature and value of the production order.

Your quotation will clearly identify applicable development charges, sample/master charges, production payment schedule, shipping costs and other agreed charges before production begins.

Bulk production starts only after the required approvals and agreed payment have been received.

Production Timeline

A typical approved project follows this sequence:

CAD Approval → Master Model: approximately 3–5 days

Master Approval → Production & Delivery: approximately 25 days
